Account & Data Deletion Request

If you wish to delete your game account and all associated personal data collected by Infseek Studio (including game progress, purchase history, and bound login information for any of our games), you can request deletion below.

Important Notice:

1. Irreversibility: Account deletion is permanent. Once deleted, your game progress and virtual assets cannot be recovered.

2. Loss of Purchases: Any virtual items or in-app purchases will be permanently deleted and cannot be refunded.

3. Processing Time: Deletion requests are typically processed within 7 to 14 business days after your identity is verified.

How to Request Deletion

Please send an email to support@inf-seek.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" using the template below:
